Hallo,

is it possible to change the menu-bar (text) settings? For example change the font-color or the font or the background-color?

Actually you can only apply pre-defined styles to menu items

Okay, thank you for the information, but ... I found the directory (menubar);) - and I try to make a new subdirectory with my own name and copy an existing theme in it - after changing the name (in the two css and js-files) I have a new theme and I changed successfully the color of the font and the backgroundcolor (menu & submenu).
That's enought for me - so all problems are solved ;)

Hm, but now I have a problem.
I'l try to make a Feedback, when I choose a menu-point, I show the menu-point a second time on the screen, that's okay.
But now, i will show a feedback-information, if the mouse goes over the second menu-point, the first menu-point in the menu should higlighted (or pointed - at the moment - by a arrow) - but the space between the menu-points (text-menu) is different on each PC - why?
www.infotab-umfragen.de/new!!

klick on all menu-points and you can see the arrow - it should be in the middle of each menu-point, but it isn't :(
I think, that's because of the font (is different on each pc) ?

you will see ;)

- choose a menu-point
- on the left side of the page this point will be repeatet
- put the mouse over this repeated information (on the left side)
- THEN the arrow will come

okay?

There is no chance to put the arrrows on the right position, because the position depends on the font I choose in the menu. So on each pc the position will be different...
At the first time I repeatet only the word (in another colour at the same place where the menu-word stays) of the choosen menu-choice, but there is the same problem, I can't find the right position

The only way I see at the moment is to generate 7 menus, because then I can define the start point for each menu-point and so the arrow-position is fix and does not depend on the font.
I think I'll try this

Yes, no it works right, because now I have 7 different menus, with ONE menu, it won't work right.

This depends on the fonts you used and the method browsers use for rendering them
The only perfect solution would be to calculate the position of each menu item using javascript code.
