The 'c0000005' seems to be related to an unknown bug of the 'msvbvm60.dll' Visual Basic 6 Virtual Machine and this error appears only on Win7 / Vista with 64 bit processors. the problem should have been fixed with the latest recompilation of the source code (using the 'Native Code' flag) but as I can see it is not completely true.
Can you explain me what you are doing to make the program crash?
