Does DHE support .svg files? (I looked but couldn't find a definitive answer)

You cannot create .svg files in DHWE but you can embed them in pages you create with the program

How? If I take a picture object and open it, the file types do not list .svg... so I changed it to all files, selected my .svg file and promptly got a message about the size being so small that it was "blocked". Tried to edit the size of the object, but the height and width were disabled.

I've just created an extension that you can use to simply put a .svg file into your page ;-)
Check it out using the "Check for Updates" menu item.

Did the "check for updates" - nothing there! (except templates, etc).
