Hope can add the selection of hard disk which was monitor
seems it can detect system drive only now

You put on the Windows Performance Monitor the "Avg. Disk Queue Length" counter.
My Performance Monitor uses the "Physical Disk Read" and "Physical Disk Write"; thy to check these counters on the Windows Performance Monitor.

If they are not present probably your system doesn't support them.
Try to check also for "Logical Disk Read" and "Logical Disk Write" counters

Thanks to let me know about Windows Performance Monitor
the interface is not that good but enough for me to monitor

Maybe it is my individual problem,

Try to open the Windows Performance Monitor and see if it shows you the disk usage graph. My program uses the same technique so the Windows disk performace counter should not work.

Could you kindly tell me what's my possible problem?
I use HDDScan.exe to scan two harddisk
and it can't show the read rate (Normal use can't too)

Config:
XP Pro
1 IDE 120G HD (3 partition)
2 SATA 640G HD (1 as OS drive)
(1 of it only 1 partition, other one is 2 partition)
Any other info related to program?

The Disk monitor watch every attached drives, also USB
