Could you kindly tell me what's my possible problem?
I use HDDScan.exe to scan two harddisk
and it can't show the read rate (Normal use can't too)

Config:

Try to open the Windows Performance Monitor and see if it shows you the disk usage graph. My program uses the same technique so the Windows disk performace counter should not work.
Let me know

You put on the Windows Performance Monitor the "Avg. Disk Queue Length" counter.
My Performance Monitor uses the "Physical Disk Read" and "Physical Disk Write"; thy to check these counters on the Windows Performance Monitor.

If they are not present probably your system doesn't support them.
Try to check also for "Logical Disk Read" and "Logical Disk Write" counters
