hi,
you can use Events propert.. of the object. Then use a mouse property OnClick -> Stop Auto Slide.
another posibility is to create a graph button "Stop" with Event "onclick" -->Stop Auto Slide

Simply put "0" to seconds and the SlideShow doesn't autoplay |

Hallo 2-both of you
Close, but no cigar! (those things, I already knew / tried! )
My question was not clear enough, sorry 4-that. [2 C:-)]
2-cnd try:
I?ve made me a slide show, with control buttons, events, ..?n all Okay it works like heaven. My client doesn?t like the fact that the thing starts, the moment the page is loaded. Since it?s a product slide show, She wants it to start ?only? when a visitor/client choose to.
I need my 10 seconds interval , but not the auto/start If you know a bit of Flash (like a ?stop action? in the first frame) Since 4-this site, I can?t use Flash, I have to fix it within the DHE environment
edit:**jI've just put an "A-Start, on/off checkbox" in the wishlist** [3 yes]
Regards Waldorfen

I used this for a problem similiar to yours....I wanted to have my page load completely before the event started and had tried several ways. You might take a look and see if it serves your purpose.Of course everything was setup in DHE for the final results. http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/jsae.html |

Hi, Johnny
Thanks for the tip, but, I have some: 20 Html slide-show generators, within my Photoshop automate!..[2 H:)] Some, very nice ones, for sure, so that is not the problem!
I just want to know, how to stop this show and give "that thing" some discipline!!..!!..[2 (==)] (It seems, I'm a good versifier 2)

Waldorf, waldorf...
You force my mind to think solutions on DHE, and I happy for that!. I have a trick, that may be help you!
For each slide object put and image (may be the first one, with some text) with de same size over de slideobject .. (covering the slideobject) then apply to that image one/two events :
1 - OnMouse Over --> hide the image itself (in order to stop sliding you can add OnMouse out event to image --> Show) then you get and start -stop effect for slide with mouse events, but the slide event never stops really. (all night long..)
TIP: As you tell us, you had created buttons and all stuff, then, may be it's easier to put on start button the event for hide/show the cover image !! I'm a genius or not!
Best Regards
Think twice! think DHE!

I think that the simpler solution is the follow:
1- create the slideshow and give it the time slice you want 2- in the OnLoad event of your page choose "Stop Auto Slide" and choose the Slide Object
