I am not entirely sure what you are saying (are you using some on-line translator or something?). But if i am correct in understanding you are asking if you first need to un-install version 3.1 build 92 before installing version 3.1 build 97?

I never un-install and just install a new version right over the old one.

But that's me[2 H:)].

Disinstalla la vecchia ed installa la nuova.
