Hello
I will try to explain my problem.
I have an object and give it this effect to open another object (the second object is normaly hidden):
Mouse on click = show - grlabel xx (from the second object)
" " = show - rrect xx (from the second object)
that works fine.
Now i want to add that if the user is comming over the first object with the mouse, you will see the second object and if the mouse is off the first object, the second object dissapears:
on Mouse over = show - grlabel xx
on Mouse over = show - rrecr xx
on Mouse out = hide - grlabel xx
on Mouse out = hide - rrect xx

that works fine, but when i mouse click on the first object, the second object stays not open but closes when i places the mouse elswhere.
why is my first effect "on mouse click" dissabeld now?

Has it something to do with the ranking from my effects?
I hope you understand what i mean.

the complete effect looks like this:
1 on mouseclick - show grlabel (second object)
2 on mouseclick - show rrect (second object)
3 on mouse over - show grlabel ( "")
4 on mouse over - show rrect ("")
5 on mouseOut - hide grlabel ("")
6 on mouseOut - hide rrect ("")

problem: when i CLICK (nr 1 + 2) the second object stays not open.

Maybe I am misunderstanding but if I look at your example:

1 on mouseclick - show grlabel (second object)
2 on mouseclick - show rrect (second object)
3 on mouse over - show grlabel ( "")
4 on mouse over - show rrect ("")
5 on mouseOut - hide grlabel ("")
6 on mouseOut - hide rrect ("")

Numbers 5 and 6 show why the image closes when you move your mouse even though you have opened it with a click you have also opened it with a mouseover and that last part is the part that reacts to you moving your mouse off the first object.

If I understand what you are trying to achive correctly[2 H:)].

Hallo Martin1
I know and understand what the chosen effects are doing. Now i will try to explain what happens.
"You are moving your mouse over a information field. Connected to this field is a linkfield.
Normaly you dont see the linked-field, only if you click the information-button. Then the linked-field appears.

New:
You are moving your mouse over the infofield and the linked field appears. You are moving your mouse out the infofield and the linkfield dissapears. So now you know there is more information under these button but you dit not press the infobutto to HOLD that linkfield vissible.

The reason for doing this is that the user knows now that there popped up a new field and that he can find more information and links.
But, he wants first to click another button.
Now he is comming back and the samething happens again, but now he want to ACTIVATE the button so that the LINKFIELD stays open and he can click a new button in that linkfield.
But with this effects the INFOfield does not response on a CLICK (nr 1 and nr 2) to HOLD OPEN the linkedfield.

(men, why is English so difficult to explaine what i mean)
