Is it possible to resize an item (picture/ banner in the head or foot) always to full screen width of the page(on every resolution it has to adjust to full screen width) and if it's possible, how?

Hello Erikr, you can create an HTML box and put the tag directly into it:

<img src="yourimagepath.jpg" with="100%" height="100%" border="0">
