I can't publish projects to my website hosted on ftp.au.geocities.com using the New Dynamic HTML Editor 2.0 Publish Project feature. I've been using a separate FTP program to upload the files successfully for ages.

The error message is this:
Attention: An error occured while uploading file D:....blahblah..."

It seems to work on another server I use, but this one, the ftp.au.geocities.com server, it doesn't seem to like. Is there any reason why it shouldn't work on a yahoo geocities server?

I've triple checked the ftp site settings and they seem right to me. Any ideas?

:-( very strange problem...
Have you checked the starting path? Dynamic HTML Editor cannot create it...
Be sure to insert the correct starting path (Start Folder).

I've tested it in Windows and Unix server and it works ok.

Yeah the start path is right. I've got Dynamic HTML Editor publishing the same project to another server no worries. And I don't have trouble uploading to the Geocities server that Dynamic HTML Editor is not working for. I can't find anything obvious that is it making it go wrong.

Might it be some protocol particular with geocities? I don't know. I think its fairly standard.
