Who can tell me, where/in which menu section the H1 Tag for every page can be set?

Analyzing my websites with Google I always receive the report, that there is no H1 tag set.

The H1 tag should be used for important information like titles in the page body.
You can select an H1 tag in the Label/Text Editor; select a piece of text then choose "H1" tag and you're done
