Is it possible to put a calendar in a form for date selection? If so, how do I do it?

How soon for the extension? Also, how about an extension for a CAPATCHA? I found two PHP freebies, but not sure how to integrate them into a form.

A CAPTCHA is a bit different because it requires a part of code on the server and this code strictly depends on the logic of your page/code. I need to think on this point...
