Maybe it's already on the wishlist but:
If working on project X it would ne nice that if you want to import a picture you're directly going to the folder X that's associated with project X. |

Why? And what to do if the user prefers to add the picture from the "My Pictures" folder? |

Well, I'm working on several projects at a time. I allways put the images for a project in a subfolder images in the project folder.
When switching to another project I have to lookup the images folder of this project.

I have the same experience here, the file explorer allways pops up on the last used folder, when you have a lot of projects there is allways the mouseclick and mouseclick and mouseclick to select the correct project(sub)folder where the images are.... |

But why are you copying images in a project subfolder? Images in D.H.E. are always embedded in the .dhe file so IMO it is unuseful what you are doing. |

That's because I want to keep an overview of the images I use or might use on a project.
Sometimes I make a kind of catalog and then it's absolutely necessary to orden the images in a way I can easily find them back.
And for me the most logical place to keep images for a project is in the project folder. |

I work in the same way as Toon. Davide, when you add in a new page a template you open the explorer in the same project folder, the 'shared' folder, so that works, simply use the same technique to add images when opening the explorer for images....(then not the shared but the project folder) |

I refer to this posting again, can you solve this in a new version please. It is still a lot of mouseclicks to get the correct image from the correct (sub)folder of the project. By the way, it is the same technique when insert a dhe file, the user also stays in the same project folder...From your reactions I can see then you dont agree with this but on my pc i am allways directed to the last openend images folder of another project..so click click click (> 50 projects)

siemens, but doesn't DHWE always remember the latest used folder when you open pictures? Maybe you prefer, when you have many projects, that the program goes directly into the project folder, I'm right? Maybe I can add an option for this. |

Thanks Davide, for adding: V.5.0 (build n. 64) - Oct 31, 2009 ? Added an option that permit the program to browse for a file always starting from the Project folder |
