Hi,
After downloading Dynamic HTML Editor, try to start but prog give me an error :
Running error 372 : "Could not find ctlNumInc from . Check version ...
Added : same problem with ctlFlatCombo with another call
Can you help me.
Your prog looks terrific[2 0oo0]

I think that this problem can only be solved by our Forum Admin (s.dav) ...
Meanwhile, can you ask on what version of Windows have you installed Dynamic HTML Editor? Thanks. |

Oops ... sorry for the missing info. It's on Win 98SE and I do not have installed any of the dev tools from Msoft (neither VB nor VC, etc) so I don't have any additional OCX.

Take a proof of this file:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/vb60pro/Redist/sp5/WIN98Me/EN-US/vbrun60sp5.exe
Download and install it, restart Windows and then try Dynamic HTML Editor.
Please give me a feed back... |

Hello. I'm having the same difficulty. (I'm using Windows ME on my laptop.) The reinstalled run routines cited above solve the first error problem mentioned, but I still get the second error regarding ctlFlatCombo
(whatever the heck that is..:-) |

What version of Dynamic HTML Editor are you running? 1.6.0.94 or 1.6.0.96?
In the last version i've changed this part but i don't know if it work since all go ok on my pc...
If you want we can take some proofs to find this error!

Sorry to be very in my answer, I did what you propose and immediately after restart, program run fine.
Made some test and once again, error was back and no way to restart the program.
Just before program give the error message, all control were shaded. I took a printscreen but don't knox how to send it to you.
My version is : 1.6.94 (no zeroes) and running Win98 SE in french.
What about this ctlFlatCombo, is it a ActiveX control ? I try to find on my PC a file with "ctlFlatCombo*.*". Nothing found.
Many thanks for the time you spend on this error. Now, convinced the program is magic.

CtlFlatCombo and CtlNumInc are usercontrols but they are insert directy into main executable file...
On all my PCs all go ok, I've tested Dynamic HTML Editor on WIN98 SE IT but all go ok;
In the last version 1.6.0.98 I've done some changes and perhaps these can resolve your problems :-)

Control 'ctlFlatCombo' could not be load from . Your version of is maybe obsolate. Check you use the version from your application
I translaste it from french so this is not maybe the exact message as it should be in englsih, however sens is correct. Message try to give me the name but could not.
