I made a new text box by copying from the sample.dhe file and then typed a few sentences of text. I dragged the box outlines to make it bigger. The new box is more than big enough to fit the new text inside.
After pressing F11, the html output only sh0ows the first one or two words inside the text box.
I think you have not to watch how many word you can see in the text box because the render of this element is very different among browsers... Also this is an input element; you can see that the text scroll in control...
I coudl not see where to inpout the text, except in the tiny little space in the Properties box ont he right hand side, where it says "value"
is there somewhere else to edit text?
Where can I find this in the documentation?

The only way to edit the text in a text box is by the value propertie; There's no documentation... Excuse me for that... But i don't understant what kind of text you want to insert in the textbox... A textbox is a control that contain a single line of text (this is done by HTML itself not by editor)..
