I am loading a PHP page in a i-frame. The PHP as a background color. In IE7 the background color isn't showing. In Firefox it is working just fine.
Do i have to make the i-frame transparant,or is there a other way to show the background color in IE.

In order to show a background color in the IFRAME you must set the background color for the page loaded into the IFRAME

The page loaded has a background color, the problem is that Internet Explorer does not show the Color.
In Firefox everything is working alright.

Davide

Behind the i-frame is a rectangle with the color #F1E3AE
In Firefox the color is showing, in Internet Explorer the color is white.
The background of the i-frame seems to be white in IE and transparant in Firefox.

Look at http://62.212.92.87/~menterne/gast.html (in both Firefox and IE) and you will see for yourself.

I would like the i-frame to be transparant in both IE and Firefox and not use a background color.

I think IE doesn't support transparent IFRAMES, you should give the IFRAME' loaded document the background color you need

The IFRAME loads a new html page into it so you have to go in the IFRAME loaded .html page and set the background color on the body tag
