hello,

when I move my mouse over a button or menu I get a tooltip that does'nt dissapear after some seconds. As long as I am over the button it stays visible. Is there a possibility to turn this off? I can't remember 3.1 had the same.[2 ??:-|]

Now the tooltips should work as a "normal" Windows(tm) application ;-)

@Waldorf
Sorry for the interface but I suggest you to use the last version because it contains many bug fixes ;-)

Hello Waldorf.

I wasn't complaining at you I was just curious as to why you wanted to have these things changed. Personally I don't experience the slowing down of the program. How much does it slow for you? Do you really notice it and in what way. Again just curious.

Of course you may ask these questions and prefer earlier versions[2 H:)]. I however prefer this new version[2 H:)].

hey guy's, give me a break

I'm just asking some questions and I prefer the earlier versions ..may I?

@Londen
where do I ask for agreements, of some kind? [2 ?:-|]

@Martin
that's just what I ment, a program is a tool, not a fancy boudoir [2 H:)]
Those things are slow'n the program, that's all, do you want that? [3 0-70]
Take a look at proff. programs (tools) always "ZEN"

regards to both of you

Strange the tooltip never bothered me in this new version. I hardly very pauze long enough to see it anyway. I know what most of the tools do so I just click them.

As far as the color of the interface goes. I totally disagree with you Waldorf. The new colors are beautifull and I am a bit surprised it bothers you. Why?

I am mostly focusing on creating my sites and like to this in an environment that is easy to use and not to hard on the eys. I personally like the blue but whether it be blue or gray is not my first priority.
The program firstly must produce good code, secondly must have the neccesary options and thirdly must have an easy to use interface. What color this interface has is not very important as long as it doens't distract from the work (nor hard yellows please).

Why is it important to you that you can change the color of the interface?

Dear Waldorf

In the first place I don't think everyone agrees with you about everything, so maybe you could say the things you want a bit more like "Maybe it is possible that . . . "

And about the "skin" you want. If you choose for a windows "Vormgeving" (I don't know the English word for it.) in the properties of the desktop, maybe it looks like you want.

Bye, Londen.

Unfortunately I had no choice if I would like to make the program UNICODE.
I had to remake all Graphical Widgets because the Visual Basic (Is the language I've used to create D.H.E.) has no UNICODE controls.

But why don't you like the tooltip? I think this is an additional help and it doesn't cover the mouse pointer so there are no problems...
Waldorf Posted - 03 Oct 2006 : 05:53:39
I hate those tool-tip'things and all the useless enhancements.
All they do is ?annoying me? and making the program slower [5 vom]

please???? [2 :k][2 :k][2 :k]
s.dav Posted - 02 Oct 2006 : 17:19:45
Actually this is not possible.
