I read in this forum that it was not possible (2003) to align the entire website to the middle.
Is this now possible with version 2.8 ? And how ?

I only made the first page.

No, there isn't the vertical centering because it is not compatible with all browsers...

This only centers it horizontally right?

Is there a possibility to center it vertically as well?

Sure it's rather easy. Just double click somewhere on the background of your page or you can go to This Page in the properties panel and click the button called Custom and in the window that opens you see on the General tab just above encoding Center Page.

If you choose this option your page will center.
