Is there a way to reduce HTML code line-length, so its compliant with SMTP? i.e. less than 1024 characters?
Now how to open the exported HTML file in wordpad, and press enter to manually reduce line lengths.

you have to manually press the ENTER key into the label editor. If you are using the HTML editor windows you have to press the ENTER key for every line and add a <br> tag to each line
