I just download V1.7, after a 30 minutes try, I love it. [2 :77]Its a great software. However, I got the following problem. Please forgive me for my poor english.

I use Windows2000 Chinese version and it works well except inputting double byte characters, I cannot input chinese characters. I try to input the characters in Notepad and use Copy and Paste. The text appear as garbage in the editor. After press the OK button, the text display in the desktop with the proper character but not all characters show. Preview it in the browser will show all the characters.[2 0oo0]

For example, I input 8 chainese characters (total 16 bytes) in Notepad, copy and paste to the label editor and I only get the first 8 bytes display in the box. The desktop will display the first 4 chinese characters correctlly and the browser will display all the 8 chinese characters (16 bytes).

I know this is a special case, because almost 90% users will not use double byte characters. If this can fix, it will help us (the remaining 10%).

Anyway, this is a great software espically you guys make it free. many thanks.[3 v]

It is great to hear DHEE 1.8 releasing.

DHE now can display unicode character normally at text tool and button tool when editing. But I still have problem in input chinese or japanese characters when I uses the label tool and the html tool.

Those tool using a notepad liked editor for accept the input.

I find the label tool text editor seem not accept any input from IMEs(Microsoft Global Input Method Editors).

The HTML tool accepted chinese input but not unable for to change IME from english to chinese.

I hope you will take a look in it.

Thanks. ^_^
