I can not find the option to join and split (to edit them) images. I did use it a lot in the former versions, especially to put graphic text en images together in one image. Where can I find these options in version 6, So that I can edit my websites properly?

:-( Yes, I removed this feature because it was very old and not aligned with the "Graphical Canvas" concept.
If you have the old version and an old file you can split them, then join again in the right way in version 6.x

I know and that is great. But the images that were put together in version 5, can not be seperated in version 6. So I am not able to change/edit them by putting the seperated images in a graphic canvas. But I have to make a whole new image in a graphic canvas. That is a pitty. (Most pages have been exported in version 6 already because of other changes, so I can not use version 5 anymore to seperate the images.)

You don't need to split them, just double click and edit!

I tried to, but thought I could not split images afterwards to change them. But now I see I can, because you can put them in the canvas seperated. Sorry; never used it before. Thank you very much! Unfortunately this means that I do have to make new images now, because I exported most of my webpages with the new version already (after some changes) and so can not split the old images anymore to put them in de canvas.

Yes, just select two or more graphical object then choose "convert to canvas".
Or directly create a Graphical Canvas and draw objects inside for creating 1 image made using more images/shapes

I haven't used it in previous versions but what you can do is make a graphical canvas with both images in it.
