DHE 6.0.71 crashes on my Windows 7 (64 bit) computer when I try to edit a newsfeed (in any website.....). After trying to open the properties screen of a newsfeed item, DHE stops working and has to be restarted. What causes this and how can I solve it? I did not try it on my Windows Vista laptop yet, so do not know whether DHE crashes there too. |

This happens with all my newsfeeds, not one in particular. When I was saving one of the .dhe files to send it to you, I think I discovered the problem. I do link the newsfeed to Feedburner. So I make the newsfeed item invisible and put another newsfeed item on top of it, linked to Feedburner. When I make the newsfeed item visible, I can open the properties screen without DHE crashing. |

Can you send me the .dhe file in which you are trying to edit the RSS feed? |

I do edit the newsfeed bij opening the properties of the item. But it will not open. DHE does not work anymore after trying to. My excuses for the slow/late reply! |

The first thing I would do is disconnect from internet and turn off antivirus/firewall and any other security then try again
I try that first for everything -- just to exclude those potential conflicts
