Really great icon! The new icon on my desktop is a great step forwards in regards to the old icon.

Not only has DHE been upgraded with more new features than you can poke a stick at (I love this Australian expression) there is also a great new icon.

My compliments Davide!

Thanks again Davide,

I think it will help all the users, I'm positive about that. I also want to mention how well your program handles picture files, it's outstanding how well the quality is contained when you stretch them, rotate them and all that stuff, it's just totally brilliant.

Thanks for considering the new guide placing addition.

May you stay well!

Regards - George

Thanks for the reply Davide,

Would it be a big job to change this? I mean, even if it's just a right click to add a guide it would be better, than the way it is now surely.

Sorry to nit pick.

take care -

@candid,

no there isn't any reason for this; I think that one needs to setup guides very few times when creating a site so I didn't changed the way they work.

Hi Guys,

I have not upgraded yet from V4 and am having a look at the latest version 5.7, I am actually lost with the many new features, nice one Davide, looks fantastic, just shows what pasta can do.

Just one question though for the moment - Is there a reason that we cannot drag out the guidelines yet, or can we do it in any other way instead of going to > tools > guides, then placing one? In most programmes, you just drag them from the side onto the page. I also notice that when you go to remove all of them - the existing guides, you can't undo the procedure? I don't want to sound over critical, but is not time for that small adjustment if it can be done?

Thanks - George
