What shall I do if I want made a homepage in several languagues and/or subpages. To held the overview it would be the best way to put it into corresponding subdirectories of the project root path. But, it seems that such structures aren't supported by Export-Publish functionally! Does anybody knowns a solution?

Did you check the "Recurse subfolders" option in the "Publish project" window?
