I have an image that I want about 40% opacity on... can DHE help me do that, or do I have to go to GIMP (Photoshop knockoff)? |

When you have the image/picture on your page and you double click on it,
you should get the picture properties dialog box, there should be a transparency tab where you can alter the "global transparency" to your liking. Can you find it?
