I have a need to export my site to a folder, from which I can give that folder to someone else for uploading (it's a long story, basically client owns site and doesn't want me to have the user id and password)...

How do I do this?

Make sure you get paid in advantage with a client with so little trust in you.

The easiest way is to publish in a folder. Choose "Publish project". Click on "New", and instead of "Remote(FTP)" choose "Local". Choose your folder and GO.
