Posted - 09 May 2009 : 19:48:00 I created a master page with a image file at the top, a horizontal menu bar and then drew the placeholder object below that. I then created a contacts page and then double clicked the page and main page settings dialog cameup, I assigned master page under the other tab. When I attempt to preview the page i get this error message.
"Master-Page 'C:\website3\NewProj-20080607-161041\shared\master_page.dhe':A Master-Page file must have only ONE Page-PlaceHolder object."
I only have 1 PagePlaceHolder1 showing on my masterpage, along with the image and menu bar. What am I doing wrong, please help Thanks Jerry |

Posted - 10 May 2009 : 13:01:47 Hello Jerry,
Open the masterpage in DHE. Click in the right-bar on the "Objects list" and check whether there is only one, and just one, PagePlaceHolder. Maybe there is more than one PPH or you accidentally removed the one you made in the first place. |
