I believe this has been covered before, but I was not able to find the resolution to the problem.

I have Vista 64-bit (service pack 1) and cannot get DHE to work properly.

I can open DHE fine, but it crashes when I open a text box, or try to rename a file, or use batch manager.

I have tried to run it in compatibility mode, with no success.

Any ideas?

Hi,

make sure you have the latest updtaes for your motherboard. Vista does seem to have some funny things (like locking up if you connect a home plug)

I personally tested D.H.E. on my Vista 64 (without SP1) and it worked perfectly.
Try to uninstall the program, clean your registry and repeat the installation.
Be sure also to use the latest version of the program (actually 4.3).
