There's a download link for version 3.3. But I couldn't find a price for it on the site. Can you purchuse older versions for less? Or is it freeware like the older 1.9?

The version 3.3 can be downloaded from the download page of the Dynamic HTML Editor site but cannot be purchased anymore.
