[INFO] Errors when instaling DHE in Win7

When trying to install DHWE in Windows 7 im getting these two errors:
c:\windows\system32\msvbvm60.dll
errorcode 0x800A0046
and
c:\windows\system32\vbscript.dll
errorcode 0x80004005
Im also getting these two errors when im running the installer elevated (right click installer an choose run as admin)
I checked system32 and both files are there
msvbvm60.dll is version 6.0.98.12

Thank you for the advice, I'll check the setup when I'll find a copy of Win7
