I was placing some images on a page and wanted to change the ID of an image so I cleared the ID field. Then I reconsidered. I clicked another image without filling something in in the ID field.
I get a warning message stating that the ID is required. I clik on the OK button but it keeps coming up and I am not able to fill something in in the ID field.
The only way to resolve this is to quit DHE by using the Windows Task Manager.
This seems to be a bug.

Well using the excape key works but only after pressing it exactly 31 times. I tried the enter button and this also stops the error after exactly 31 times. There is no difference.

You are right, there is bug introduced to fix another bug :-(
Try to press the ESC key and let me know, after some times it should return to work ;-)

Hmmm I am getting the same issue when I use an ID that is already in use.
