I want center an htm rectangle inside another rctangle.
How can i center it relatively to this one?

It would be interesting, in order to visualize correctly in several resolutions, size fonts, os, machines..
include percentages to locate elements

there is an article in spanish about units
In the same site, "bloques y cajas" y "posicionamiento" are interesting too.
