Hello again,
Hope you can help again please, Ive got another client who wants to have an email address for clients to send information to. But then wants the information to go straight to the managers email address.

The reason for this is that the manager does not want to reveal his email address on the site.

Any suggestions

I suggest you to use a mailform such as ProcessForm or Natemail. Take a look here http://mindpalette.com/scripts/index.php#PFAnchor
