Posted - 10 Jul 2012 : 08:45:17 Hi there,
I noticed there is no maxlength on the ctlUniComboBoxXP1.
Is there a way around this given it can also be "free typed" as well" e.g. the user can select from a list or type in their own data in the field ?
Thank-you. |

Posted - 19 Jul 2012 : 03:46:06 Hi Davide, I have been given approval to purchase the unicode controls. Is the maxlength for combo boxes going to be available in the short term. |

Posted - 12 Jul 2012 : 08:46:06 I don't know if this week I'll find the time to change the code then release it because my ToDo list is already full :-( |

Posted - 11 Jul 2012 : 11:19:48 Thanks Davide - I am just seeking approval from my manager for the purchase but I am working ahead with the code - normally takes a week
Will this change be downloadable within the trial release ? |

Posted - 11 Jul 2012 : 09:13:03 I'll create a MaxLength property for the combo control |

Posted - 10 Jul 2012 : 09:46:28 Sure. The textbox has a .maxlength property so you can limit the amount of text that can be typed into the field.
The combobox does not seem to have this property. Is there a way to limit the amount of text entered in a combo box ?
I hope that is better explained :)
Thank-you
