Applies the new style to every control on the form

Syntax

Public Sub ApplyToForm (ByRef oFrm As Object, _
Optional ByVal bRefreshForm As Boolean = False)

Parameters

Parameter	Description
ByRef oFrm As Object	The destination fotm
Optional ByVal bRefreshForm As Boolean = False	Pass True for invoking a refresh on elements
