After the payment you should receive an email confirming that you have completed the order.
If you did not receive this email within a reasonable time, please check the list below: 1) Did you specify a valid email address? 2) Did your spam filter block the confirmation email? 3) Did the spam filter of your ISP block the confirmation email?
If you are absolutely sure the email did not end up in your spam/junk/bulk email, please contact the payment service provider (Plimus/PayPal) to check the status of your order.
PS. If you do not receive any replies then we probably can not reach you through the provided email address. Let us know your alternative email address!
The payment service providers we are using are very reliable and they ALWAYS send you a confirmation email!
